District administration should contact TCHATT to receive a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Once signed and returned to tchattsupport@uthscsa.edu, UT Health officials will review and sign it. The fully executed MOU is returned to the district designee and a tentative start date for TCHATT services based on clinical capacity will be given.
